So, I'm at it again.... This time for Joey's 4th Birthday (not 3rd A. Jean!). This cake was a lot easier than I thought it would be and a lot of fun. :)

Mint Cupcakes

OH these are good. There is a chocolate filling inside the devil food cake cupcake and then peppermint and vanilla icing on top. These are my best by far!!!!

My Mondays....

Usually I get my Mondays to myself.... I may not be alone today but Mondays have become my "Kreation" days and so will today. Today I'm going to try making a chocolate cupcake with mint frosting, similar to the Girl Scout's thin mints. YUM! I'll post a picture later. Have a great day everyone....
