Rainbow Cookies - Not many ingredients, very easy to make but a little tricky to put together. I'm not sure if I would take them out sooner than the recipe called for but they tasted good just the same. My 12 yr old didn't like them so I think they're an acquired taste. It might be the apricot in them. Oh, they're just as bad as having the cupcakes in the house for me though!! YUM!
